About Productive Culture

Productive Culture was formed in 2015 as an idea for a media production company and lifestyle-based music collective of audio engineers, music producers, artists, community activists, and music enthusiasts. After becoming mainstays in the Southern California arts & music scene for their commitment to quality live events, production, and community give-back projects, the Productive Culture Team has now embarked on a new journey by transitioning their operation into an official 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Putting together a collection of flagship programs, the Productive Culture team will be launching new projects to provide both creative content and projects that provide community impact as the non-profit structure takes place. Programs will launch summer 2021. OUR MISSION Provide young adults who aspire for entrepreneurial-based careers and careers in the creative arts with resources and access to direct hands-on mentorship and employment opportunities that will help better themselves not only as individuals but as productive members in their communities. OUR VISION We strive to build community wealth by providing artists, media creators, and activists with mentorships, access to safe creative and educational spaces, and workshops designed to create truly equal opportunities for them to grow and thrive as creators and entrepreneurs. Furthermore, as a modern media company, we plan to utilize all aspects of current media to amplify the voices and magnify the vision of our community in order to unlock the potential of those looking to pursue entrepreneurial-based careers and careers in the creative arts.
