We recognise the nature of the role designated to the Construction Consultant and our responsibility for advising on, directing, controlling and coordinating all aspects of projects with which we become involved. We understand that critical to the success of any project is the formulation, implementation and maintenance of a suitable level of Cost Control designed to ensure effective control of the project costs. This will include the establishment and achievement of clearly structured control budget estimates and the updating of same as the briefs and design development. We manage and co-ordinate the cost control process, retaining overall control and ensuring co-ordination between the individual design and engineering disciplines and between design and construction. As Cost Consultants, we would act as an extension to the management organisation, thus helping to free the project manager/ architect/ engineer to devote his time to design and execution, by retaining responsibility for all aspects of cost control from inception to completion.
