Our non-profit organizations mission is to serve the professional needs of America's smaller law enforcement agencies - 25 or fewer FTE sworn officers - with resources, mentoring, policy assistance, independent investigations and recruitment. Small police and sheriff departments represent 72% of all agencies across the country. Leaders of these agencies face the same challenges as their larger counterparts but with fewer resources.
