About Professional Make-Up Artist
I am a freelance make-up artist licensed with the Nova Scotia Cosmetology Association. I completed my course at Eastern College with honours and earned the Top Student Award for Outstanding Achievement in Make-Up Artistry and Design. I am trained in Daytime Natural and Special Occasion make-up, Camera Ready Bridal make-up, Theatrical, Film and Television, B/W and Colour Photography make-up, and Special F/X. The make-up and skin care line that I work extensively with is BABOR; a company based in Aachen, Germany that has been in business for over 50 years. In addition to carrying a large line of skin care products designed for each individual’s skin type they also have a wonderful line of cosmetics that follow the same philosophy. Some of the services I offer are skin care and colour recommendations, individual and group make-up lessons, Special Occasion and Bridal Make-up, make for photography, television, theatre, and film, and Halloween and Special F/X make-up.
