About Professional Spanish Learning

Professional Spanish Learning helps business professionals become fluent in Spanish. Students start to communicate efficiently in Spanish from the first session. We focus on conversation, business, and technical training, utilizing industry specific jargon and professional terminology to facilitate business relationships. In the past 6 years, in the financial sector, PSL has become approved as an official language program for certain department employees at Scotiabank. The main goal of working with Scotiabank is to allow English employees to easily communicate with their partners in Latin America and beyond. Most employees in our programs have become bilingual already! Not only do we work with Scotiabank in Canada, but also in countries such as Jamaica, Bahamas, Trinidad, and USA. PSL has also expanded into the Mining industry. We facilitate mining professionals to communicate with confidence using industry specific language in Mexico, Chile, etc. PSL programs have been professionally evaluated as a successful model to learn Spanish. We connect 2 worlds of learning necessities: culture and language. The PSL method has proven that it works many times over by bridging the language/culture gap and instilling these core education pillars into it’s students for life. PSL also offers extracurricular activities for it’s students to become more involved and fully engrossed in the language and culture they are learning. Such events include: Spanish movie nights, potlucks, meet and greets, confidence conversation clubs, and more!
