After 29 years, we are still providing personalized quality service with an above-average client retention rate, in some cases in excess of 20 years! Let's face it, that's practically unheard of, but we have worked very hard to earn the loyalty and trust of our physicians and their practices. Over these many years, we have enjoyed a working relationship with several hospitals in the Northwest Florida region. We have provided and continue to provide either full coverage or PRN services for hospital HIM departments and their outside medical facilities in addition to private practices and clinics. With changes in technology over the years, we have been able to make our clinical documentation service available to interstate clients. However, we continue to be an onshore-based service. We offer the industry's best talents when it comes to experience, knowledge and quality in dealing with clinical documentation. We confidently feel and have proven that we can assist physicians as they navigate the ever increasing challenge of technology in documentation of medical records.
