ProfessionELLE House, established in 2019 as the We Rise Experience Summit, aims to build a community for women entrepreneurs. The initiative provides an annual conference focused on delivering in-person resources in business, finance, technology, and wellness. Recognizing that women entrepreneurs, despite being a rapidly growing sector, have often been underserved, we identified a significant gap that needed addressing through panel discussions and knowledge sharing. After years of successful summits, community feedback highlighted the need for year-round in-person connections, leading to the creation of a centralized space— ProfessionELLE House. Our mission is to empower women through capacity building, mentorship and networking, fostering an environment where they can enhance their skills and share valuable insights. ProfessionELLE House serves as a universal hub for women seeking connections and resources in business, wellness, technology, and finance, creating a safe space for collaboration and support. As a unique business hub and incubator, we equip women with the tools necessary to build sustainable and profitable businesses. Our programming includes workshops, fireside chats, and various opportunities that promote growth and innovation. In addition to venue rentals and creative workspaces, our primary focus remains on nurturing entrepreneurial success. The coexistence of ProfessionELLE House and the Professionelle Summit enriches the community, with the annual summit offering immersive masterclass experiences and Professionelle House providing ongoing insights and resources.
