Profit Manager (Profit MGR) was created to help business owners organize their financials without the heavy payroll burden. Founder Grace Muñoz developed a system that allows her to integrate into a business as much as needed to maximize its profits. Through the discovery process, Grace is able to assess the right services catered specifically to the business’s current trajectory and future profit goals. Her involvement may range from Bookkeeping services for small businesses, Account Management for growing organizations, or CFO-level support for established companies needing help with Operations, Recruitment, and Long-Term Planning. To provide even more support to entrepreneurs, Managing Partner Lara-Carolina Fernández, a marketing expert and Emmy Award–winning journalist, leads our in-house marketing division: Profit MKTG by Profit MGR. This division offers branding, storytelling, content strategy, and digital marketing, all aligned with your financial goals—so your message drives both attention and revenue. “My goal is to really become involved in the business and help business owners excel.
