Financing We are committed to providing homeowners with a quality product at fair market prices, while providing private investors with premium returns. Property Partnering Through ProfitableProperty, we offer training, education and support to people interested in building successful full-time or part-time careers in real estate investing. Property Locating Our singular focus is locating, financing, renovating and transforming distressed real estate in the Washington metropolitan area into ProfitableProperty. What makes Profitable Property different is JBN Realty Investment’s proven local track record in the acquisition, financing, renovation and sale of distressed real estate. Training, Education and Support We purchase $15 million to $20 million of residential real estate per year throughout Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Private Investing We have acquired property ranging from a $19,000 condominium in Silver Spring, Maryland to a $1.7 million estate in McLean, Virginia. In the District, we have managed million-dollar condominium conversion projects. Financing We also finance projects through the placement of private capital, issuing first and second mortgages to our investors. All of our financing is secured by residential real estate.
