For our Clients, that may cover: Their way of thinking about the opportunities and challenges they face every day, in which case we guide them to transform their thinking so that they become more resourceful; Their way of doing things, in which case we train them to acquire new skills and knowledge; Their productivity, in which case we coach them to attain a level of performance that produces consistent, repeatable results that include new, measurable profits! We also find that our wide experience and background enables us to train business people in a broad range of skills and knowledge - but without the inspiration of transformational thinking to energize them, and without the coaching they needed to correct and perfect their early application of those skills and knowledge, the end result was less than ideal. And we have found that if we attempt to coach without first understanding the wellspring of our clients' passions and then harnessing those passions to new resourceful ways of thinking about old unresourceful challenges, our coaching results were, again, less than ideal. And then we twigged: There was a relationship between the parts, between "transforming thinking", "training skills & knowledge" and "coaching for performance & results". They were like three waves that together produced spectacular results. Just like the ripples on a pond.
