PDSNET (Progress data services) was established in the early nineties and specialises is the development and sale of local as well as internationally acclaimed stock market charting software. Over the last 25 years, we have become the largest local provider of end of day stock market data, providing data of all equities quoted on the JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange), Futures, Unit Trusts, Currencies and Commodities as well as many of the major International Indices. We also supply educational products that are aimed at teaching the beginner how to invest on the stock market. These products include a full set of stock market lecture modules, equipped with correlating multiple choice examinations to keep the user active and motivated. Our course is accompanied by a comprehensive glossary of stock market terms, which are kept up-to-date and relevant. As well as this, we have training videos that teach you how to use your software to the best of its ability, ultimately aimed at ensuring profitable share market investment. In mid-1990, PDSnet was appointed as the official reseller of MetaStock technical analysis charting software in South Africa. Since that time, we have become the largest local importer and supplier of this world renowned program. We provide full support and a download service in MetaStock format, including our well known historic price database which dates back to 1985. Apart from being data vendors and suppliers of technical analysis software, we employ in-company trained technical support staff and provide free technical support to all clients via the telephone, e-mail or in-house at our Bruma offices.
