ProgressAmp exists to improve productivity, predictability, and well-being, by transforming how organisations work together, solve problems, and deliver outcomes in complex environments. Founded by two industry veterans from the design and construction sectors, ProgressAmp was inspired from decades of seeing the same patterns play out. We've spent our careers leading major projects, working at the coalface of delivery, and experiencing firsthand the frustrations of complexity, disjointed collaboration, and outdated systems that no longer fit the industries we serve. As project environments became more complex, we saw teams default to familiar habits and behaviours that felt safe , but were absent of the fresh, systemic thinking needed to solve today’s challenges. We created ProgressAmp because we believe we cannot solve today’s problems with yesterday’s solutions.
