Progressive People is an executive search and leadership talent practice that focusses on the Digital Media / CTV, Adtech and the Media Publishing industries. Founded by Scott Deutrom and Keith Rattray, 2 highly experienced and senior commercial leaders with over 40 years of combined digital leadership experience, heading the commercial teams of some of the UK’s largest and most successful media businesses. Keith is also the founder of one of the UK’s most successful digital media recruitment firms, dot-gap. We have a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, from traditional media brands to the large Adtech platforms, through to the emerging technologies and disruptors. We understand that despite the proliferation of automated optimisation technologies, self-serve platforms and the emergence of AI/ML, brilliant talent and leadership will always be required to fully exploit the potential of the businesses that serve the sector.
