About ProGroup International
Our corporate headquarter is located in Moda Istanbul and Research & Development facility is located in Taskopru, Yalova TURKEY. Yalova is a coastal city located 50 km south of Istanbul. Our other 4 mass production facilities are in Kirazlı, Handere and in Malatya. Our staff has an important experience in the design and manufacture of medical products. PGI has specialized for more than 15 years in the Thermoplastic injection molding and extrusion of tubes and sections used for probes, infusion systems, cannulae, catheters, suction systems, oxygen tubes, dialysis systems, various connectors etc in class 10 000 clean rooms that are intended for uses that require extrusion under aseptic or clean conditions for medical sectors. PGI has six factories with total 52.000 m production area all around the Turkey. PGI’s focus is to provide a "single source" package of medical device contract manufacturing services. PGI offers certified class 10,000 clean room assembly as well as controlled environment and non-clean room assembly and testing. We have tight tolerance clean room medical injection molding and extrusion with mold making capabilities. Our machine shop is staffed with highly skilled prototype machinists. Rapid prototyping machines and systems exist in our functional laboratory. The company has in-house resources to assist customers with part design for manufacturability. We provide also product sterilization by Ethylene Oxide gas processes.
