Here at Prohibited Capital, we keep in mind that talent is God-given, and so we're humble. We keep in mind that fame is man-given, and so we're grateful. We keep in mind that conceit is self-given, and so we're careful. We're on the bleeding edge of investment, the agnostic edge of politics, and the irreverent edge of just about everything else. We've nothing against the nuanced glibness of Silicon Valley - to the contrary, we collaborate often with our respected colleagues there, but metaphysically, we're just a little more maverick, slightly less pin-down-able. You're as likely to find us launching ourselves headfirst off of 70 foot waterfalls in the middle of the jungle as sipping on a '63 Chateau d'Yquem, as apt to be taking the jet out to the ranch for a long weekend of fishing for rainbow trout in our private lake and riding the range on our favorite horse with the ranch hands as buying art at Sotheby's New York. As a result, we find investment opportunities where others are reluctant to look - not because we're contrarian, but simply because we've the intestinal fortitude to be deeply ahead of the curve. Specifically, we: Invest into early-stage companies and take active roles in their ongoing growth, including BoD & BoA seats. Provide expert guidance for portfolio companies on all facets of executive strategy, operations, finance, corporate culture, and logistics/3PL, while converting SOPs into KPIs and then, implementing comprehensive Gamification, freeing up founders to focus on the components of their businesses where they are most passionate. Teach a full suite of business Gamification to founders and business leadership, through our highly creative and innovative Hatchery - Incubator | Accelerator program. Actively participate in brand development for multiple portfolio companies that have won global recognition, including the coveted "Best of Show" among 10,000+ entrants at the 2021 LOHAS Hong Kong competition for new consumer products.
