Once the property foundation is prepared, installation of the home takes only two days. Installation of the baths and kitchen will take several more days, after which the home is ready for move in. The house kit comes to the building site with windows, doors and with full finishings. The walls and the roof arrive to the building site already assembled like panels. Construction cost in the US is high, due in part to the fact that home construction is a long process. And the idea of the panel house Lego was born. For example, it requires 4-6 months to build a traditional frame house. Our houses take a matter of days, and the savings are passed on to the end user.
