About Project Development and Support
The Company was founded in 1991, originally to help Further and Higher Education Colleges to secure grant aid. Re-incorporated in 2008 alongside the change in EU rules which enables charities to bid for EU funds. Between 2008 and we worked with providers, largely in the field of learning disability services, to secure grants from Europe, the UK Government and the National lottery. In 7 years we secured grants totalling £18.3 million, plus an £6.5 million national ESF grant. In 2005 Project Development and Support Ltd. launched its Tendering for Care (TfC) suite of services. Blog as "Care Tendering" at http://www.care-tendering.com/home.html In five years TfC has: - provided training in tendering for just under 9,000 people; - developed an OCN accredited level 3 course delivered by telephone conferencing with 82 graduates; - established a Membership based service for over 300 charities and companies; - expanded its support to a wide range of providers including all aspects of health and social care, hospitals, GP and primary care services; provided procurement management and tender appraisal services; edited "A Guide to Working as a Consortium" under contract to the Cabinet Office; deliver training in webinar format in order to reduce costs for customers; arranged for all of the training and related services which we deliver to be certfiied by CPD; held ISO 9001:2008 certification since 02.2007.
