Engagement. Education. Execution. We do not wear ties or carry clipboards. We specialise in providing Principal Designer Support Services, CDM Client Advisor Services and Contractor Safety Support. Principal Designer Support Services: The new service we are offering clients will involve scrapping the higher fees paid on a project-by-project basis (allowing you as PD to charge your fee as agreed with your client). And instead providing a monthly retained service that would involve us being in your office, on site and focused solely on your strategic and project activity for an agreed time per month (with the flexibility for call outs and reactive support). Again highlighting, that we will not be charging additional fees for project related PD support (i.e. additional quotes/fees per project) on top of this monthly retained fee.
