Project Harlem's mission is to provide inner-city youth with opportunities in Art, Writing and the environment A. We are committed to social responsibility. We are always seeking ways to better integrate economic progress, social development and environmental concerns to ensure a better quality of life in our community for future generations. B. Our Mission is to foster artistic expression by uniting and promoting the artists and strengthening the community. Project Harlem Incorporated is dedicated to making the Bronx contemporary art world a prominent member of our city's cultural landscape C. Project Harlem Incorporated is committed to nurturing the artistic growth in Artists, Writers and Photographers in under-resourced communities in New York City who are interested in Art. D. Bringing socially significant artworks to our gallery space while helping artists and arts groups gain needed exposure, we are committed to promoting the work of related art groups and the innovative NYC art scene in general. Our goal is to bring artists and community members together for creative events and art related activities. We work with our youth through Arts and crafts, colorful murals and hands on art activities. E. Project Harlem Incorporated cares about our environment by helping people cultivate community gardens and address issues critical to the future of their garden
