Construction - Once instructed to produce your tender programme we will carefully review your tender documentation with your team to identify the most efficient delivery strategy, considering access, traffic management and other working constraints. We can then produce sufficiently detailed pre-construction and construction stage programmes in collaboration with the bid team. Being familiar with most forms of contract, particularly NEC and JCT we make sure your programme is not only robust for delivery but contractually compliant. Following successful bids, we have the skill, knowledge and experience to produce regular updates at competitive cost. Project Development & Procurement - We have assisted many clients including local authorities and developers to produce development programmes as the scope is evolving. These programmes typically include ecology, planning, design, land, consents, communications and legal duties. We will work as part of your team to understand the elements of delivering a project and the sequence you need to follow to get a robust set of tender documents for someone to deliver your project. Once tenders are received, we can review them in terms of risk and constructability to help you appoint the correct delivery partner.
