About Project Revive

We specialise in pilates, yoga, meditation and high intensity training. We combine the best of pilates, biomechanics and strength and conditioning to bring you the ultimate movement experience for you and your team. Our signature classes work your whole body, stretching your tight spots, strengthening your weak spots, increasing your mobility and building good movement patterns. This combination builds tone, strength and flexibility as well as being gentle on and protecting your bones and joints. It’s the perfect complement to other forms of exercise and it will make long hours at your desk more comfortable. We cater for all levels from beginner to advanced ensuring you reach your full body potential. We provide everything you need for your class, all you need to bring is yourself! And if corporate programs are not for you, come visit our private studio in Ranelagh for one of our studio classes with one of our lovely teachers. We offer classes 7 days a week in our delightful studio, directly across from Nick's Coffee. Walk-ins welcome.
