This creates opportunities for unemployed blind/ disabled professionals to learn, work, earn, grow and become employable. A perfect, integrated, repeatable, scalable and sustainable model that creates business impact to produce social impact. A "disruptive" model : Project Starfish is a strict " zero dollar " investment model, that is disrupting traditional workforce development programs. It runs without any donation, handouts and charity.It runs on skill sharing, investment of time and cooperation from others in society which creates more impact than money has ever done. Traditional charity models run on money, which is like "feeding fish". Project Starfish on the other hand "teaches how to fish". It creates new jobs in the market, solves unemployment challenges, creates free enterprise, brings jobs back lost to outsourcing and creates tangible value - without a single dollar of investment.
