Over the last two and a half years Mark has been mainly focused on the new Invercargill Central Shopping center, working as the Senior Project Manager. The key take from working on a project like this is how important a good team and project structure is. No matter the size, pre-planning and structuring the entire process of the project at an early stage, while ensuring a good team is involved are the key elements to success. Mark’s focus now is working as a Project Director and/or Engineer to the Contract. Using his skills and knowledge over the years to assist clients in the best way to structure their projects and see them through to a successful handover. Mark has an extensive network to tap into working with some of the leading designers, consultants, and contractors in the country. He can tailor your project to suit the current market whether you wish to retain ownership or sell.
