About Projectily

Founded in 2011, Projectily has been offering professional project and programme management services and (more recently) project related software products to both large multinational corporations and smaller boutique companies. We do not believe in the ‘factory line’ approach to project management by simply producing the right documents in the right order and chasing people down to try and ‘persuade’ them to deliver on time. Rather, we like to really help companies utilise the ‘craft’ of project management and focus seventy percent of project managers time on unblocking and clearing the path for everyone to deliver through very detailed risk management and scenario planning. In almost all clients that we work with, they end up adopting some, or all, of the approaches that we undertake. Indeed, if a client chooses to adopt our methods, we offer tailored packages for implementing these ways of working to help transform the way in which they ‘do’ project management and significantly drive down the timescales and costs of delivering change.
