About Projector & Sound Services (PTY)

Projector and Sound Services was founded in 1969 and as the name suggests PSS was involved in the maintenance and repairs of cinema related equipment. During the 1970's the mission of the company gradually changed to the repair and sales of audio visual equipment such as overhead projectors and sound equipment for education purposes. In 1978 Projector and Sound Services started importing audio-visual equipment. Today, we are the South African agents for Hitachi and Vivitek projectors, Signature projection screens, Specktroninteractive solutions and educational sound equipment. Projector and Sound Services offers the full spectrum of all your multimedia and training requirements. The PSS Lifestyle division will continue where PSS stopped over the years, but we will bring the big screen entertainment to your home.We offer a wide range of products for all your home theatre requirements. Whether it is a projector, LED, audio equipment or just a cable, we can assist. We also do installations of all the above mentioned and more. In 2014 we added automation to our list of services. Using Control4 we can now integrate your AV components and automate lighting, access control, security and much more. Our installers and programmers are certified by Control4 and can offer full support on your system. Please feel free to contact us for a demonstration at our showroom.
