About Projects for Patriots

Our Beginning Projects for Patriots found it’s beginning through a consultation of a Homebuilders Association board member and the Todd Landen family. Todd is a decorated combat wounded veteran. As a result of this, the Landen Project was born. The Homebuilders Association and its members along with the Siouxland community collaborated to completely renovate the Landen home, including an elevator. This turned out to be a massive volunteer effort that changed the lives of the Landen family. Seeing an unmet need for Siouxland wounded veterans and quality of life in their homes the idea was hatched to create a new non-profit organization, Projects For Patriots. This organization gives the construction industry the ability to assist those that have sacrificed for our freedom. The mission of Projects for Patriots is to assist Siouxland combat wounded veterans with home projects. Projects for Patriots is currently accepting applications for present and future projects.
