About PROKONA, CAD design office for mechanical engineering
PROKONA is an office for mechanical engineering from Croatia (European Union). Due to excellent sense for costs, availability of materials and processing machines we can offer immediately applicable, optimal and feasible solutions. We are covering all stages of design, from hand sketches, through basic and main design to manufacturing blueprints. Since 2013 we have gained many satisfied domestic and foreign customers. 85% of our customers are from Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Denmark. Our strength is delivering of complete manufacturing documentation. (Technical blueprints, excel BOMs, DXFs and STEPs) Main fields of activity: * CAD support on projects in the field of process engineering, as well as conveyor and automation technology (mechatronics, pneumatics etc. ) * CAD designs od sheet metal constructions (steel / stainless steel / Aluminium) (e.g., stainless steel tanks, walkways railings, platforms, stairs, vacuum cookers, honey mixers, drinks mixers, concrete formwork, silos, pressure vessels, oil refining columns etc.) * CAD design of special machines and special devices (e.g., spring core machines, roll packs, pasteurizers for piece goods, anti-terror bollards, wood gasifiers, conveyors ...) * Blueprints from existing 3D CAD models (Inventor & SW) or in 2D - Acad Mechanical * Reverse engineering of machines or parts (also using 3D scan - FARO / ZEISS) * BiG scale 3D scan (FARO ) * Design of machine parts & drives (also with FEA / FEM INVENOR NASTRAN) * Digitization of old paper drawings (redrawing old paper drawings or scans) * Sourcing, control and delivery of sheet metal, turned/ milled parts from ex Yu region Our team consist of four experienced engineers. We all speak English and two of us also German.
