About Prom Ally

Prom Ally CIC is a non-profit social enterprise helping teenagers facing financial hardship. We provide them with the free loan of a prom dress or suit for their big night. We do this to encourage social inclusivity, relieve families from the pressure and ensure nobody misses out due to financial barriers. We also encourage the re-use and re-cycling of prom outfits to keep them out of landfill for as long as possible. In addition to the online free service, we have a pre-loved formal-wear shop in Madoc Street, Llandudno where all garments are sold to raise funds for the CIC. Finally, we have also recently launched a sustainable hire site called Eco Wardrobe encouraging consumers to change their attitude towards buying new for each event and offer them an eco-friendly, rental alternative.
