proMHS (Pty) Limited is a Systems Engineering and Project Management organisation that specialises in the planning, design, integration and implementation of logistics and materials handling solutions for the distribution, manufacturing and warehousing industries. Many leading companies in South Africa, sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and Europe have utilised our services on multiple projects and in some instances over a period of up to 18 years whilst operating as LGA Logistics Consultants. The company was acquired by Fortna Inc. in 2011 and in 2014, proMHS was founded to serve the warehouse market with operational and safety solutions. Noting our previous history, several long-standing business relationships had been formed from successful design and implementation of logistics and materials handling solutions, and proMHS has offered full-service offerings since June 2017. “Structure follows strategy”, and proMHS believes that a sound logistics strategy should be the foundation of all logistics elements and activities. Consequently, we approach all projects from a holistic strategy perspective. We follow a consultative systems analysis methodology from conceptual design to implementation and develop appropriate practical solutions. Once a logistics strategy has been defined, proMHS utilises its experience and resources to establish a functional, innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their client’s business.
