Located in the heart of Belo Horizonte, our name is associated with several mining companies, and we are leaders in detailed mining software in Brazil. In 2003, we entered into a partnership with Mintec Inc., a North American company headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, with over 40 years of global operations. Providing solutions in geology and mine planning, Mintec developed the MinePlan software, used in the evaluation and development of mines. Through the agreement, in addition to the transfer of technology between the companies, Prominas became the exclusive representative of MinePlan in Brazil. Thanks to its range of tools, MinePlan supports all stages of geology, engineering, topography and operation of underground or open-pit mines, covering metallic and industrial minerals, such as: iron, gold, copper, nickel, coal, bauxite, manganese, aggregates, among others. In Brazil, Prominas' multidisciplinary team ensures the satisfaction of our customers through MinePlan technical support, which is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
