ProMinds is a networking company, thus we are the coordinating function in a wide network of independent professional consultants, and we are not tied to specific demands about earnings, specific solutions or methods. We can act fast, accurate and customer oriented, creating value for both our clients and our consultants. We call it winning by sharing. ProMinds consultants have at least 5-10 years of experience. They are always undergoing skills development, and that is why we also operate ProMinds Academy; a network competence development office, which identifies, negotiates and arranges further skills development of our consultants and clients via seminars, courses and network meetings. At ProMinds, we make sure that all consultants are kept updated with the latest knowledge and best-practise within their area of expertise. ProMinds Academy also offers courses, seminars, and lectures about project managing, networking and coaching on commercial terms to clients and collaborating partners.
