About Promise Community Homes
After years of hard work and dedication, our visionary founders broke ground in 1973 and created an oasis — seven homes, respite care, and a community center on Dautel Lane in Creve Coeur. Promise Community Homes (PCH) provides specialized housing for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). In the decades since, we’ve expanded to more than 80 homes throughout St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, and the City of St. Louis, serving nearly 300 residents. PCH is also honored to welcome approximately 1,000 people of all abilities annually to our accessible, integrated community center.
