Promise Home Care is a state-licensed agency providing private duty home care services to our neighbors in Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties. After more than a decade of home health experience, our founder David Clites started Promise Home Care to make an agency that meets a higher standard. We knew that with the right commitment, we could run an agency that was more personable, more reliable, and better staffed. We directly employ all our caregivers (no subcontractors), so that we can better manage training and quality. All of our caregivers undergo criminal record checks, thorough reference checks, and skills checks. Personal care aides have received formal training in issues such as nutrition, safe mobility assistance, infection control, dementia support, hygiene, and much more!
