Promises Healthcare, founded in 2011 by Dr Munidasa Winslow (Dr Winslow), is one of the leading private mental health and addictions care provider in Singapore. We offer a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to treatment, supported by an experienced team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists and counsellors. Our clinical team specialises in the treatment of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders and behavioural issues. We are also recognised for our expertise in addiction medicine, covering alcohol, substance use, gambling, gaming, sexual compulsions and prescription medication. Forensic psychology services include assessments, psychological testing, and expert report writing for legal proceedings. Dr Winslow, our CEO and Senior Consultant Psychiatrist, is a pioneer in addiction medicine. Formerly, the Chief of Addiction Medicine at the Institute of Mental Health and a founding member of Singapore’s National Addictions Management Service (NAMS), he brings over three decades of clinical experience and continues to mentor, speak and publish extensively in the field.
