Property Investwise mission is to help our members achieve Financial freedom by successfully investing in profitable properties. Gagan has helped hundreds of Australian families in building their property portfolio, so they can achieve financial independence in order to live the life they deserve & have more choices in life. Gagan migrated to Australia as international student in 2004 with only $2000 in his pocket. Attending University during the day & working in call centre in evening to support his fees and living expenses. After completing his Masters in Accounting and gaining Permanent residency, Gagan looked forward to his growth in Australia. He started his career working in corporate companies like Fuji Xerox, Vodafone and Optus, but soon he realized that working 9 to 5, wouldn’t be a long term permanent solution. Entering into Property Investment market, Gagan bought his first property in 2009 for $365K, that same house is now valued for $690k, with a rental return of $525 per week. Looking back he realised that to make this $300K gain – he did not have to work hard all day to gain it. This revealed that alongside Active income, it is important to invest in creating Assets to make Passive ongoing secure income for future. Gagan realised that having only one source of income which is job and relying on his time to make income wouldn’t be enough to achieve his goals and dreams. After educating himself further in Property & building a successful property portfolio for himself, Gagan became passionate about helping others achieve the same. Starting out helping close friends & family on how to invest in property, Gagan decided to move on from him corporate career & started Property Investwise to help everyday Australians to achieve their dreams & goals through property investment whilst having a strong understanding of the need for a balanced lifestyle. Gagan is happily married with two young boys and loves travelling around the world with his family.
