Property Plus Lettings is a partnership of four experienced professional directors specialising in the letting of residential properties throughout Sussex. Sue and Godfrey Green have over twenty years experience in the business and are joined by the other two directors, James Spooner, and Robert Partridge both of whom have many years experience in the letting agency business, James specialising in Management and Robert in the Letting side of the business. We offer a high quality and friendly service in all aspects of the letting industry, and our reputation has developed over the years through our hard work and commitment. Property Plus are members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme, The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), which is backed by the government. Only agents who conform to the scheme’s strict code of practice can belong and we belong to their Fidelity Bonding scheme. We also carry Professional Indemnity Insurance. We cater for all landlords be they first-time investors or experienced clients with large portfolios. For prospective tenants we have in-depth knowledge of the local area to help you find the right property for you. Property Plus’ experience in the residential lettings business has been achieved over many years. We offer an efficient and professional approach to letting and managing your property. Property Plus will ensure we select the tenants most suited to your property who will be thoroughly referenced. As soon as Property Plus receive your instructions, we shall contact any prospective tenants on out files and arrange appointments for them to view your property.
