Every item from Propipe is designed to meet specific requirements of the pipeline and can be developed, tested and proven in-house before field use. Propipe has undertaken some of the most difficult applications known for pigs and has delivered excellent performance at every opportunity. • UK Facility - The Company has four factory units at its site in Hartlepool, with two manufacturing plants a separate fabrication facility and a unique all-weather testing plant, for piggability testing and product development. • Canadian Facility – Located Halifax, Nova Scotia, Turbulent Research are experts in underwater acoustics, real time processing, and low power embedded circuit design for long term and autonomous instrument deployments. They are the specialist developers of the Trident pig tracking range. • 24-hour manufacturing capability • Foam pigs from 0.25” to 72” diameter • Disc pigs 4” to 60” diameter • Cup pigs from 6” to 48” diameter • Pipeline plugs and testing equipment • Trident Pig Tracking Equipment and SMART Gauge • In-house Polyurethane elastomer and foam manufacture • Piggability Testing (internal facility plus external yard space) • Full machining and welding facilities • Pressure-testing department • CAD with 3D modelling and Solidworks
