The patented PropX system provides a better way to provide the last mile transport of frac proppants. PropX containers hold up to 30,000 Lbs of sand and can be hauled two at a time on a standard flatbed chassis which gives our customers the ability to maximize the volume of sand carried per load. PropX will lower the cost of delivery from proppant storage and transload locations to the wellsite. Once containers have been hauled to the wellsite, the containers are simply unloaded from the trucks in minutes by forklift and stacked to the side so the truck can return for the next load. The containers are then placed onto PropX's state of the art, patent pending PropBeast belt. Contents are unloaded via gravity onto the belt which delivers the sand to the frac blender. Containers are replaced as needed during the fracturing process. Costs of hauling the sand are lower due to use of readily available flatbed trailers as well as the ability to haul more proppant per load. Standby costs for trucks waiting to blow off sand are eliminated, damage to sand from the pneumatic process is eliminated, and most importantly, noise and dust generated by conventional sand transfer is minimized. The PropX system includes a patent pending smartphone app to track the movement and contents of each pod from storage to the wellsite and back providing unmatched last mile insights for our customer base to continually improve their operations.
