With new, unique ADME/PK-prediction methods and services, and an integrated ADME/PK-platform, PROSILICO predicts human and animal in-vivo ADME/PK, doses and exposures direct from molecular structure and clearly outperforms state-of-the-art in-vitro and animal in-vivo based methods. Models (n=134; including many exclusive) have a higher sensitivity and broader ranges than commonly used models and demonstrate an overall <2-fold median prediction error. Prediction models for fraction absorbed and hepatic clearance beat Caco-2, microsome and hepatocyte models. Models are applicable for drug candidates, competitor drugs, metabolites (including actual and relative exposures), food constituents and chemicals. PROSILICO also evaluates customers’ data (Gapfinder) and fills gaps with reliable predictions (Gapfiller). Preliminary results are normally reported within 2 working days.
