About Prosperity Children's Services
Hello. Welcome to Prosperity Children's Services We’ve worked in childcare provision our entire careers, alongside other professionals and agencies, to deliver child-centred care that provides the best for every child. Prosperity Children's Services is built with our own ethics and values, and those of OFSTED, at the heart of our delivery approach – a place where care comes first. A place where the young people we support are nurtured, encouraged and enabled to exceed the expectations of others and reach their full potential. • We focus on encouraging participation in healthy and enjoyable activities – we know this can help build personal and social development. • We help children in our care with decision making, taking ownership to engage in the community environment and making a positive contribution – with an emphasis on law-abiding and positive behaviour. • We help children build and develop positive relationships and develop self-confidence through education and helping the development of basic life skills. • We can provide 24-hour care and support as long as it’s needed – in the family home, an OFSTED registered/council hub property or in one of our own risk assessed portfolio of homes. • We work collaboratively using multi-agency principles, sharing our skills and knowledge in order to achieve better outcomes for children and their families. • We adopt a comprehensive and rigorous staff training programme.
