Our focus is on improving customer acquisition and customer retention performance for national and regional US brands. Using targeted promotional campaigns and digital merchant-funded offers, we generate higher incremental revenues for our merchant partners at the lowest cost - increasing business value. Our Card-Linked Campaigns generate incremental sales and increase profit and cash flow for merchant partners by redirecting category spend from competing retailers as well as increasing category spend from existing customers. A nationwide network of over 80M payment cardholders that we can deliver targeted merchant-funded promotions to makes this possible. We initiated the first merchant-funded, card-linked consumer rewards program for Mastercard Europe in 2008 and brought our model to the US in 2012. In the US, we have launched two solutions that have successfully helped our merchant partners improve their customer retention and acquisition performance. Since the launch of our first promotional campaign in 2014, these solutions have generated approaching $1BN in customer transactions.
