Protect Your Place is a non-profit initiative founded in the Whitsundays with a bold vision: to unite art, community, and conservation in protecting the places we love most. We create impact by transforming conservation into something tangible and inspiring, limited edition wearable art pieces designed in collaboration with artists, scientists, and eco-conscious brands. Each campaign brings awareness to endangered species and environmental challenges, while directing 100% of proceeds to frontline organisations working in rehabilitation and protection. Our first release, inspired by the turtle, will raise funds for Eco Barge Clean Seas and their vital work in turtle rehabilitation and waterway clean-ups across the Whitsundays. This launch is supported by a one-of-a-kind community campaign, The Turtle Hunt, where local businesses, eco brands, and families come together for a week-long scavenger hunt to win prizes and learn how to protect their environment. Future campaigns will expand across Australia, each spotlighting a different species or ecosystem under threat, with proceeds supporting aligned nonprofits and rehabilitation programs. Through this model, Protect Your Place becomes a creative funding channel for conservation that also engages communities in action and education. We are proudly female-led and grounded in sustainability, transparency, and collaboration.
