Not only in my role as the visible face of ProTem Consulting but dating back more than thirty years when I started my career working as a clerk in a bank. Since then, I've worked my way up to new heights by supporting executives and business leaders from a variety of industries. My name is Karen Mrkonjic; I am a business consultant with extensive experience in customer service, office management, administration and high-level executive support. I've had the pleasure of working with everyone from CEO's and company directors to business start-ups. I launched ProTem Consulting in 2016, providing the right-hand administrative support and guidance to keep businesses organized, humming along smoothly, and moving forward. At ProTem Consulting, I have mentored, coached, and consulted in various industries, from mining to property management, banking to manufacturing, to trust and brokerage. As an administrative consultant, I oversee the day-to-day activities in your office and ensure you're using the right administrative systems and strategies that will benefit the business and make the workflow more efficient. I can help by taking on and managing back-office tasks; you don't have to do it all. Having worked with big corporations and SMEs and across various sectors, I have a make-it-happen attitude that enables me to turn my hand to many different subjects – and this quite often involves me adapting or proactively organizing systems and tools to get things done. The most rewarding part of my job is just seeing the relief I get from my clients when they realize that they don't have to worry about that administrative matter anymore.
