About ProtocolSC
Gravitas--how you act. Communication--how you speak. These combine to create your overall professional presence. These skills can be taught, and I'm here to help you learn and apply them in a way that is credible and authentic for you. Below are my two primary courses, but these can be adapted to your specific journey or to your organization. Let's connect to see how I can help! Public Speaking Essentials covers the tools necessary for delivering cohesive, clear talks, whether those are from a stage or across a conference room table, in front of a crowd or just one person. These skills sharpen communication skills in meetings, pitches, and presentations, and include: how to craft a compelling message, using notes or a text effectively, combatting nerves, using visual aids (Power Point in particular), and components of delivery (gestures, facial expressions, volume/projection, pacing, etc.). Participants will have an opportunity for individual coaching during the training. The training is immediately applicable, with participants gaining skills they can put into practice right away. Power Up Your Professionalism—this course can be delivered as a series of short programs (like lunch and learns) or as one course. Topics covered can include: networking skills, owning your confidence, professional dress, navigating business dinners and events, and understanding emotional intelligence. Often, an etiquette dinner or lunch is added to this training. This training is geared towards anyone who wants to accelerate their careers and move into leadership positions.
