About Provectus Developments
Provectus Developments is a multidisciplinary property company specialising in the Kent and South East London regeneration sector. We are a company which comprises a team of property professionals with expertise across all real estate use classes and all phases of the investment and development cycle. We partner with land/building owners, private equity funding and senior debt providers to acquire and deliver developments of alternative use to meet a market demand for residential and commercial space. Utilising our extensive experience, local knowledge and contacts we create value and returns to our stakeholders via strategic acquisition, planning, construction and exit of redundant/failing land sites and buildings within their existing use class. The group undertakes land promotion, build to sell and build to rent projects and we pride ourselves in the transparent method in which we work with our land partners and funders. Our current portfolio comprises town centre land and buildings, countryside and urban brownfield sites and dis-used agricultural buildings acquired via joint ventures, unconditional purchases or option, promotion and conditional contracts. We are actively seeking more of the above project opportunities and private equity funders to support our continued growth plans.
