We no longer have to use multiple software programs to reach and run our businesses. Now, when we receive a purchase off our website, it automatically registers under that person’s name. We can measure how many of our members are participating in Nationals, and how many are customers. We can also measure how many of our customers are members or attendees at Nationals. When we look up one person, we can a full snapshot of them down to who else they are associated with, if their spouse makes purchases, if their children are involved, if they brought friends with them.
