About PRS Training
We teach kids how to enter the real world positive, resilient and streetwise. Welcome to PRS (Positive, Resilient and Streetwise), a friendly and professional UK-based organisation that prepares kids for leaving school and facing the realities of adult life. Aimed at assisting schools and youth organisations, the courses we teach encompass a range of abilities, including – as a last resort – simple and effective self-defence techniques. But what we first teach our students is how to avoid conflict, through the understanding of the mental and physical aspects of confrontation identification, alongside avoidance techniques, resolution systems, and by exploring the potential physiological and legal implications of engaging in any self-defence scenario.
