PSL Consulting was established in August 2003 to provide a professional and personable service to organizations in the Financial Services and IT sectors. The company has now established themselves as a niche supplier of individuals to some of the most respected organizations in these areas. We are a member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC), and adhere to the industry standards laid down by them; we have also recently been subject to a successful REC Inspection. PSL Consulting focuses on three distinct areas; Academic Graduates, Information Technology and Investment Management (IT and Operations). The Graduate team is focused on supplying ‘high end’ graduates with outstanding academic achievements, our graduates will have; A-level’s at grade A in Mathematics and preferably additional A grades in pure science subjects. Studied at a Time’s top 20 UK University. Achieved a 2:1 or higher - Bachelors or Masters Degree. Degree subjects include; Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mathematical or Pure Science and have some experience of Object Oriented programming. We cover all aspects of IT roles including; Developers, Testers, Architects, Business Analysts and Project Managers. We also cover more specialist roles, such as Business Intelligence, ETL, Swift and STP, Data Warehousing and Implementation Consultants. Investment Management Operations positions include; Corporate Actions, Securities Settlements, Derivatives Analysts, Investment Administration, Performance Analysts, Fund Accountants, Pricing and Valuations, and Hedge Funds.
