About PsychAssist

PsychAssist specialises in providing mental health & wellbeing training programs for the general public, workplace, and community organisations. We also work closely with organisations to provide Occupational Rehabilitation Services to assist with psychological injuries within the workplace. We aim to increase mental health knowledge and preventative capabilities to empower individuals and help promote a positive mental health & wellness culture. Our programs are designed to be interactive, are evidence-based and can be tailored to suit your business needs and workplace culture. Our facilitators are experienced and tertiary qualified in Psychology with postgraduate studies in Rehabilitation Counselling so you know you’re getting the best, fully qualified facilitators. They hold memberships with the Australian Psychological Society and ASORC (The peak national professional body in Australia for Rehabilitation Counsellors). Our courses are so much more than just education, they go deeper into aspects of Neuropsychology, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology, which give you advanced skills for enhancing emotional health and wellness. We use evidence-based and advanced experiential learning techniques to help people in a safe space, develop the skills needed to recognise mental health problems, build emotional resources, and mental fitness. Furthermore, all our programs are tailored to your companies needs. Additionally, PsychAssist Training is accredited in the training of Mental Health First Aid; Standard, Workplace, Youth, Teen, and Suicide Prevention.
