What Is Psychedelic Integration? Psychedelic experiences and their effects and potential outcomes can vary to extremes and can impact both the individual and the community in myriad ways. Users of psychedelic substances might return from the experience feeling excited, inspired, and overwhelmed with awe; simultaneously, they might feel confused, fearful of the introduced revelations, and/or lost in the magnitude of the experience. Psychedelic Integration is the bridge connecting the psychedelic experience with one’s everyday life for the purpose of growth, healing, and well-being. Mindful tools involving psychological and somatic processing that engage the mind, body, and spirit are employed to support and facilitate a successful assimilation of the psychedelic experience.
